Responsibilities
- identify and address customers’ needs
- provide customers with the necessary information
- organize the installment loan processing procedure
- issue gift cards
- sell banking products
- attract potential customers
Required Qualifications
- higher education in economics, management or finance
- knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel (knowledge of the AS-Bank 4.0 system will be considered an advantage)
- work experience in customer service (considered an advantage)
- knowledge of RA banking legislation (considered an advantage)
- communicate effectively with customers and provide high-quality service
- conduct negotiations and manage conflicts
- learn quickly and demonstrate willingness to learn
- show initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
