Java Backend Engineer (3+ years experience)

- Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Spring Boot - Contribute to frontend features using React.js when needed - Work within a Domain-Driven Design (DDD) oriented architecture - Design and maintain relational database schemas (PostgreSQL) - Maintain and improve Docker / Docker Compose deployments - Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues - Collaborate with the team on feature design and implementation

- 3+ years of professional experience in Java backend development - Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot - Experience with JPA / Hibernate and relational databases (PostgreSQL) - Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized applications - Solid debugging and problem-solving skills - Understanding of web application development concepts, standards, and technologies - Working knowledge of React.js - Experience with CI/CD pipelines is a plus - Experience working on on-premise or enterprise system is a plus - Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., metrics, logging, alerting) is a plus - Understanding of network protocols (HTTP, TCP/IP, etc.) is a plus
