- Conduct licensing and registration processes for newly established crypto-asset service provider organizations - Conduct licensing and registration processes for newly established investment service provider organizations - Perform tasks related to granting preliminary approval for the acquisition of significant shareholdings in the charter capital of operating crypto-asset and investment service provider organizations - Perform tasks related to the registration of charters of branches and representative offices of operating crypto-asset and investment service provider organizations - Participate in the development and improvement of legislation and internal legal acts in the field of licensing and registration of financial organizations

- Higher education - At least 1 year of relevant work experience - Theoretical and practical knowledge of financial organizations - Knowledge of legislation related to the financial sector (laws, regulations, procedures, guidelines, etc.) - Knowledge of the RA legislation in the field of crypto-assets - Excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of English and Russian
