Junior Marketing Specialist

- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns - Support the creation of marketing materials (presentations, posts, newsletters, etc.) - Conduct market and competitor research - Help manage social media platforms and online presence with team - Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives based on proposals - Assist in organizing promotional activities and events - Prepare basic reports based on requests regarding marketing campaigns - Maintain marketing databases and documentation - Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field - No prior work experience required – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply - Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creative thinking and attention to detail - Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is an advantage - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) - Team player, flexible and adaptive to fast paced environments
