Responsibilities
- Responsible for the timely analysis of user requests from the VBET support
- Responsible for timely review of problematic cases with providers
- Notification to HO Payments\Operations and CS\Customer Support about failures\restoration of payment methods
- Enables/disables payment methods on the company's products outside of business hours (night shifts)
Required Qualifications
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Strong communication skills in Armenian and English
- At least 3 years of experience in verification or customer support
- Proficiency in verification software and digital CS tool
- High sense of responsibility and ethical conduct
- Critical thinking and decision-making ability
- Strong organizational and people management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
