Bartender

Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes - Provide friendly, professional, and attentive customer service - Take customer orders accurately and efficiently - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times - Check customers’ identification and ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations - Handle cash, POS transactions, and process payments accurately - Restock bar inventory and monitor supply levels - Assist in developing new cocktail recipes and seasonal drink menus - Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards - Work collaboratively with waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service

- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role (preferred) - Good knowledge of classic and modern cocktail recipes - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Friendly, positive, and professional attitude - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong multitasking and time management skills - Basic math skills and experience handling cash/POS systems - Knowledge of hygiene, health, and safety standards - Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends - Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills - Knowladge of Armenian, English and Russian languages
