Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a smooth working environment
- Support staff with administrative and operational needs
- Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers
- Coordinate internal processes and documentation
- Maintain organized records and internal systems
- Plan and coordinate team buildings (logistics, communication, vendors, budget)
- Organize office events (internal celebrations, meetups, holiday events, etc.)
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations, office management, HR support, or sales support roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience working with CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office
