Food and Beverage Services Supervisor

Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan

- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring smooth and efficient service - Ensure effective teamwork and high levels of employee engagement - Monitor staff performance, grooming, appearance and compliance with hotel and brand standards - Ensure exceptional guest service and proactively address guest requests, concerns and complaints - Monitor dining areas to ensure proper seating, service quality, cleanliness, safety and overall guest satisfaction - Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate daily operational information to the team - Train, coach and support team members to continuously improve their knowledge, skills, and service standards - Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are completed, including preparation of supplies, equipment and service areas - Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless service and smooth daily operations - Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and Marriott International standards and procedures - Support the F&B management team with operational and administrative tasks as required

- Higher education; a degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is an advantage - At least 2 years of experience in a Food & Beverage or hospitality-related role - At least 1 year of supervisory or team-lead experience - Fluent Armenian and good command of English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage - Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills - Customer-oriented approach with a strong focus on service quality - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment - Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
