Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, NGOs, and group organisers
- Generate new leads and follow up on inquiries (email, phone, meetings)
- Promote accommodation, group bookings, long stays, and special packages
- Prepare and send offers, contracts, and quotations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Collaborate with local businesses and organizations to create partnerships
- Support occupancy and revenue growth targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
- Assist in developing promotions and sales campaigns
- Work closely with Front Office and Management teams
- Prepare basic sales reports and performance updates
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field
- At least 1 year of previous sales experience in a hotel
- High level of attention to detail
- Familiarity with different OTA’s and group sales
- Able to diffuse situations and find quick solutions to problems
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
- Being able to travel within Armenia
- Good command of Armenian, Russian and English languages
