Responsibilities
- Conduct regular health checks with customers - Monitor systems and identify basic issues - Generate and maintain reports related to system health and support activities - Provide Level 1 support and escalate issues when necessary - Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- English language proficiency is a must (spoken and written) - Basic understanding of IT support concepts - Good communication and documentation skills - Willingness to learn and grow in a technical support environment

- Basic PowerShell knowledge - Experience in a Windows environment - Familiarity with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager)
