Sales Development Specialist

- Adhere to defined KPIs and achieve sales targets - Research, identify and source new relevant leads - Work with a cold client base and manage early-stage prospect engagement - Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, or social media - Make cold, active, and inactive calls for new business leads - Arrange and conduct live or video call meetings with prospective clients - Make effective live and online presentations for potential clients and partners - Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - Support the preparation of new business proposals, commercial offers, and sales packages - Maintain and regularly update the prospective client database (CRM) to ensure accurate tracking of interactions and follow-ups - Maintain strong, up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product and related service offerings - Be prepared for in-person client interactions at forums, exhibitions, and other events

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/business development - Advanced level of English (spoken and written) is required. Knowledge of other additional languages will be considered a plus - Proven experience in lead generation and prospect management - Excellent in-depth knowledge of the sales process - Analytical thinking and strong time-management skills - Strong customer service skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to create and deliver targeted presentations (live and online, mostly in English) - Detail-oriented with strong active listening skills - Experience in preparing and submitting tender documentation will be considered a plus
