Responsibilities
- Distribution of responsibilities within the team, performing work to optimize its activities
- Supervision of team members' activities
- Management of new and/or existing card products, various card services, projects related to card issuance and servicing, and other types of projects with Visa, Mastercard, and Arca payment systems
- Collecting, systematizing, and studying source data on projects
- Holding discussions on projects with representatives of payment systems and interested divisions within the Bank
- Processing of collected project information and subsequently opening and fully managing projects in payment systems
- Studying news received from Visa, Mastercard, and ArCa payment systems, coordinating actions arising from them, if necessary
- Ensuring the participation of interested Bank divisions in discussions, coordinating the necessary processes and making changes in connection with current updates, including in the field of products and software, as well as other changes implemented by Visa, Mastercard, and ArCa payment systems
- Performing additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
- Performing other functions specified in the Bank's internal regulatory documents
- Responsibility for managing and minimizing operational risks arising in the scope of his/her activities,
- In the event of an operational risk incident in the subdivision under his/her management, prepare a full report on the incident within a reasonable time frame and submit it to the operational risk management unit
- Responsibility for managing and minimizing anti-corruption risks related to his/her area of activity, as well as for timely reporting of any incidents of this kind
Required Qualifications
- Higher education
- Strong knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, and ArCa payment system rules and products
- Knowledge of banking legislation
- Five years of work experience
- Proficiency in computer programs (MS Office, Lsoft, Smart Vista)
- Excellent command of native language, as well as English and Russian
- Communication skill
- Capacity to multitask and solve issues fast and effectively
- Leadership qualities, team management skills
- Ability to respond quickly to change
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of and compliance with business ethics
