- Study international standards for the regulation and oversight of payment and settlement systems, their developments and changes, and submit proposals within the context of the RA payment and settlement system regulatory policy - Study international standards aimed at ensuring information and cybersecurity for financial system participants, their developments and changes, and submit proposals within the context of financial system regulatory policy - Assess the condition of the payment and settlement system, identify risks, and analyze the effectiveness of existing policies - Develop or review the payment and settlement system regulatory policy in line with international best practices - Provide clarifications to payment and settlement organizations and stakeholders on applicable legal acts - Present the regulations of the RA payment and settlement system during meetings with local and international partners - Review documents received from state authorities and provide professional opinions - Participate in ongoing activities by reviewing and evaluating materials developed by the Central Bank and other units of the division

- Higher education in economics, finance, or a technical field - At least 3 years of professional work experience in the financial sector - Knowledge of the RA payment and settlement system, payment instruments, and services - Knowledge of the legislation regulating the RA payment and settlement sector, including the regulation of payment service providers - Knowledge of identifying and preventing information security risks, including: - Network infrastructures (OSI, TCP/IP models) - Cloud infrastructures - Modern cryptographic tools - Protection of online services, use of APIs - Digital identity management - Knowledge of cyber risks and cybersecurity (cyberattacks, malicious software, etc.) - Knowledge of banking and banking legislation - Economic knowledge - Excellent command of Armenian and English, good command of Russian
