- representation of the Bank’s interests in civil, administrative, criminal and bankruptcy cases - representation of the Bank’s interests in arbitration courts - drafting and filing claims, appeals and cassation complaints - drafting and filing objections and motions - organizing work related to inquiries and/or correspondence received from investigative bodies and lawyers - coordination of other tasks of the division

- higher education in law - at least 3 years of work experience in the banking sector - licensed attorney (license to practice law) - excellent knowledge of the civil procedure code and civil code of the RA - excellent command of the law of the RA on bankruptcy - familiarity with the criminal procedure code of the RA - experience working with the electronic litigation system (E-Justice) - strong desire for continuous development and learning - ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment - ability to work in a team - excellent command of English and Russian
