Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential leads in target segments (web agencies, MSPs, hosting providers and SaaS companies)
- Use outbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, events) to initiate conversations and schedule discovery calls.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using BANT, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks.
- Execute high-quality, personalized outreach sequences tailored to ICPs
- Maintain consistent follow-up to drive engagement and move leads through early pipeline stages
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize messaging, targeting, and conversion rates
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure a high hand-off quality
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align on targeting and lead strategy
- Log all interactions and maintain clean CRM records in HubSpot
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Gather feedback from prospects to help refine our go-to-market approach
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or SDR/BDR roles
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English
- Strong research and objection-handling abilities
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus (HubSpot preferred)
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build relationships quickly over email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with WordPress, cloud hosting, or website management tools is a plus
