- Continuously monitor live studio game broadcasts to ensure uninterrupted performance and visual/audio quality - Verify that all on-air technical parameters comply with company standards and broadcasting requirements - Identify, document, and categorize any technical irregularities or deviations in the incident reporting system - Perform initial diagnostics and root-cause assessment of detected issues - Collaborate with relevant technical teams to communicate and resolve detected incidents promptly - Provide regular reports and analytical summaries on broadcast performance, incident frequency, and quality trends - Contribute to the ongoing improvement of monitoring procedures and quality assurance processes

- Proficiency in Armenian and English (written and verbal) - Previous experience in video surveillance or monitoring operations - Technical education or experience in related fields such as lighting effects, photography, sound engineering, or audio design is preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or another related technical field (or equivalent practical experience) - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical monitoring, video surveillance, or live broadcast support. Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is an advantage - Strong attention to detail and ability to detect technical anomalies - Ability to analyze data and prepare concise technical reports - Good computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace)
