- Submit proposals on improving the organization of the department’s activities - Participate in the development of legal acts regulating the department’s functions - Summarize the results of the department’s activities and report them to the immediate supervisor - Conduct studies, analyses, and prepare proposals on securities and money markets and submit them to the immediate supervisor - Negotiate with participants of securities and money markets (including foreign participants) and execute transactions in securities and money markets - Support the implementation of current and short-term liquidity monitoring and supervision of compliance with mandatory reserve requirements - Participate in the development of legal acts regulating the department’s functions

- Higher education - At least five years of work experience in the securities market / banking system - Availability of a document confirming completion of at least Level I of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) exam, or the ACI Dealing Certificate of the ACI (The Financial Markets Association) (hereinafter referred to as the ACI Certificate) - Good knowledge of the securities market - Knowledge of legislation regulating the securities market and banking activities, as well as banking practices - Knowledge of document management and office administration fundamentals - Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English languages
