Responsibilities
- Review the data in the customer files created by branches, powers of attorney and take action to address the identified omissions
- Prepare and send reply letters to various inquiries received with relation to customer accounts
- Open customer profiles in the database (including guarantors, pledgors, co-borrowers, payroll project clients)
- Process the requests received via distance service channels, prepare various references
- Send various notices and statements to customers
- Conduct monitoring of online requests
Required Qualifications
- University degree
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in the branch network
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Team player
- Ability to make decisions under pressure
- Proficiency in banking and accounting software
- Good knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of AS-Bank software
- Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English
