- Design technical infrastructure for new studios: electrical systems, UPS, redundancy, HVAC, acoustics, lighting, and structured cabling - Select, procure, and integrate studio equipment: cameras, lenses, video switchers, encoders, audio systems, and lighting equipment - Oversee and maintain Chromakey / Green Screen environments, ensuring proper lighting, keying quality, spill control, and production consistency - Develop and enforce studio standards (“golden builds”) for new tables and studio rooms - Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve streaming quality and studio performance - Design and maintain the full video streaming pipeline (ingest, encoding, transcoding, distribution) - Work with low-latency streaming protocols (WebRTC, SRT, LL-HLS) - Configure multi-bitrate profiles, optimize latency, and eliminate packet loss or stream drops - Deploy and maintain QoS/QoE monitoring systems for real-time stream health analysis - Drive continuous optimizations for latency, stability, and user experience across regions - Manage the studio’s network infrastructure: routers, switches, VLANs, QoS, firewalls, VPN - Oversee on-prem servers and hybrid cloud infrastructure where applicable - Build high-availability architectures with redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery scenarios - Organize and lead NOC / IT Support operations, including schedules and escalation processes - Respond to incidents in real time and eliminate critical issues before impacting players - Conduct RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and implement preventive measures - Maintain strict SLAs for uptime, video quality, and latency - Lead and develop teams across infrastructure, broadcast engineering, streaming, and support - Set objectives, review performance, and build the long-term technology strategy for the department - Ensure continuous skills development and professional growth within the team - Work closely with Product, Studio Operations, Admin/Facilities teams to support new features, integrations, and streaming requirements - Collaborate with for new table launches and optimization of studio layouts - Support Compliance in licensing, security audits, and regulatory technical requirements - Evaluate and select equipment vendors; negotiate contracts and manage SLAs - Plan and manage department budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and high-quality solutions - Lead technical projects, equipment upgrades, and technology rollouts

- 5+ years in IT infrastructure, video streaming, or broadcast engineering - Mandatory experience in Live Casino or professional live-streaming/broadcast studio environments - Proven experience building studios from scratch: design → procurement → integration → launch - Experience managing technical teams of 5+ members - Hands-on experience with Chromakey / Green Screen setup, lighting, and keying workflows
