KPI Analyst

- Collect and monitor the organization’s financial and operational key performance indicators (KPIs) - Develop KPI measurement models and methodologies aligned with strategic objectives - Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and operational efficiency metrics - Prepare financial and operational dashboards, scorecards, and reports for management - Ensure accuracy and completeness of data collected from various sources - Perform data cleaning and validation processes to minimize errors - Contribute to the development of automated reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field - At least 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, KPI monitoring, or data analytics - In-depth knowledge of KPIs, financial analysis, and data processing - Experience in financial analysis, reporting, or business analytics - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Financial Modeling) - Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) - Experience working with databases and accounting systems (SQL knowledge is a plus) - A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and reporting skills - Proficiency in both English and Armenian
