- Develop and implement the IT recovery strategy and policy - Develop, communicate, and execute the methodology for Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Risk Assessment (RA) aimed at identifying potential threats, analyzing their impact, and assessing risks for the CBA’s key processes, IT and - IS infrastructure, and systems within the business continuity framework - Ensure risk management, incident monitoring, and reporting related to business continuity - Develop and implement regulatory documents related to IT disaster recovery within the CBA’s business continuity management framework, ensuring their continuous improvement and relevance - Perform oversight and monitoring of IT infrastructure recovery processes - Organize and coordinate regular testing of business continuity plans for the CBA’s critical processes, including preparation of reports and ensuring proper supervision

- Higher education in a technical field (IT, IS, or related areas) - At least 2 years of experience in IT, IT/IS risk management, or project management - In-depth knowledge of information technologies and information security (operating systems, network technologies, automation and systems integration, information security principles, access management, IS tools and technologies) - Knowledge of IT/IS risk management and project management - Basic understanding of the financial–banking sector - Excellent command of Armenian; good knowledge of English - Strong technical skills: proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio)
