Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and continuously improve B2C sales processes and funnels
- Automate sales workflows using CRM, AI tools, and data-driven dashboards
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve enrollment targets and conversion growth
- Lead, mentor, and coach sales specialists to maximize performance and professional growth
- Set KPI benchmarks, monitor results, and deliver structured feedback to improve outcomes
- Foster a performance-driven, customer-centric team culture
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
- Prepare and present regular reports on performance, forecasts, and recommendations
- Suggest and implement improvements based on analytical insights
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales, customer support, customer service, or related fields
- At least 1 year of proven experience managing and developing teams
- Strong track record in B2C sales management with measurable results and achievements
- Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing processes
- High level of digital literacy and AI adoption mindset, with the ability to choose and apply tools for automation and performance enhancement
- Excellent command of Armenian and English, both spoken and written
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
