Product Manager

- Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, and optimization - Build and manage product roadmaps for Yerevan Mall mobile apps and KinoPark platforms - Define product requirements, write clear PRDs, and prioritize features based on business goals and user insights - Collaborate with developers, designers, and marketing teams to ensure timely, high-quality releases - Analyze user behavior, app performance, and feedback to drive data-informed decisions - Oversee integrations with third-party systems such as payment gateways, loyalty programs, and CRM tools - Support digital transformation initiatives across other business units and new product lines - Stay updated on retail, cinema, and digital trends to bring innovation into our product ecosystem

- 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or entertainment tech - Strong understanding of mobile and web product development cycles - Experience with UX/UI design collaboration and agile project management - Technical background or familiarity with APIs and CMS systems - Experience managing outsourced development teams and coordinating multiple vendors - Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills - Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Sentry, etc.) - Fluency in Armenian, Russian, and English is required
