- Assist the CTO in defining and executing the company’s technology roadmap - Contribute to product and platform vision, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation. - Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend adoption where appropriate - Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including software development, infrastructure, security, and data management - Establish and monitor KPIs to track technology performance and delivery - Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001) Manage and mentor senior engineering and IT leaders. - 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles - Proven track record in leading large-scale (50+ FTE) technology initiatives - Experience in scaling engineering teams
