Responsibilities
- Organize and manage day-to-day activities of the unit, check/verify files prepared by the employees - Supervise the process of sales and issuance of loans - Ensure adequate level of service for Premium/Partner clients and make recommendations on improvement of the services offered - Report on the works and tasks performed by the unit - Conduct regular quantitative and qualitative analysis of the client portfolio, allocate and supervise portfolios of the employees - Take part in development of loan/deposit portfolios and annual plans - Develop and implement measures to attract new clients - Report on the loan/deposit portfolios, projects under the responsibility of the unit, their status, deviations from the benchmarks, and other issues
Required Qualifications
- University degree in finance, accounting or economics /ACCA, MBA are a plus/ - At least 3 years of work experience in the financial and banking sector - Proficiency and experience in performing financial analysis - Strong leadership skills - Ability to respond quickly, smart decision-making and problem-solving skills - Strong negotiation and representation skills - Proficiency in accounting and banking software - Good knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of AS-Bank software is a plus - Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English
