- Address students/customers’ specific questions and issues related to their courses - Assist customers/students in different situations and provide appropriate solutions - Provide customers/students with clear and accurate information - Maintain friendly and professional communication with customers/students and team members - Provide prompt and effective support on a variety of issues

- Strong people skills and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills - Ability to remain calm and provide constructive feedback in different situations - Strong attention to detail, organization, and a responsible approach to work - Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a positive work environment
