c- ollaborate with the Product Manager to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap - prioritize features and enhancements based on business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints - develop detailed product backlogs and user stories that outline functional and non-functional requirements - work closely with internal stakeholders, including business leaders, marketing, and customer support, to gather requirements and align product goals - facilitate communication between engineering teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment - work directly with engineering teams to understand and convey technical requirements, trade-offs, and feasibility of new product features - review technical designs, provide feedback, and ensure that they meet user needs and business goals - assist with the identification and resolution of technical roadblocks throughout the product development lifecycle - lead sprint planning, grooming sessions, and daily stand-ups to ensure smooth delivery of product increments - ensure timely delivery of features while maintaining high product quality - monitor product performance and feedback post-launch, iterating as necessary to optimize features and user experience - use data and metrics to drive product decisions, track feature usage, and assess product success -continuously improve processes to enhance product development efficiency and effectiveness

- bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) - 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical Lead in a fast-paced environment - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) - Solid technical background with experience working with development teams, ideally with an understanding of - software architecture, APIs, cloud platforms, and integrations - Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear product requirements and user stories - Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello - Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively - Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work across various teams and departments - Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
