Plumbing Lead Engineer

- Prepare and develop plumbing designs (Water Supply, drainage, sewage, wastewater, firefighting, & related pumping stations & treatment plants) following the professional norms and calculations - Review and manage consultant designs, ensuring compliance with international standards and local regulations - Analyze and verify designs for performance, efficiency, and safety compliance - Perform technical calculations and use applicable design software for the systems - Supervise on-site related construction works, ensuring quality and timely delivery - Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth project execution - Identify and resolve technical issues during design and construction phases - Conduct technical evaluations, equipment selection, and system integration. - Collaborate with other engineering disciplines for integrated project solutions - Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports for management and regulatory compliance - Support procurement by providing technical input for materials, equipment, and tenders

- Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in an engineering field - Experience: At least 10 years of experience in the relevant field - Field Experience: The ability to conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with design specifications - Technical Skills: Proven ability to interpret construction norms, rules, and standards - Software Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite - Design Software Knowledge: Proficiency in relevant specialized design and drafting software, such as AutoCAD or BIM (e.g., Revit) - Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for presenting work, coordinating with other teams (architects, contractors), and reporting to management - Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing on-site issues related to water and wastewater systems - Language: Good knowledge of English, Russian, Armenian languages
