IT Sales Manager

- Identify and develop new business opportunities - Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the client base - Prepare personalized proposals for clients - Understand customer requirements and offer appropriate products - Conduct successful negotiations and close deals - Collaborate with technical and commercial departments to ensure accurate delivery of customer requirements - Participate in negotiations and assist in defining technical project details - Continuously improve sales approaches and techniques - Represent Art-Group LLC at professional events and exhibitions

- Proven experience in IT or B2B sales - Strong communication skills and ability to build trust-based relationships - Ability to assess customer needs and propose effective solutions - Motivation to overcome rejection and pursue sales goals - Capability to prepare offers and manage the entire sales cycle - Experience working with technical and commercial departments - Higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) - Excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of Russian and English is a plus
