Lead and manage the KYC team, providing guidance and support in executing KYC procedures for new and existing customers Develop and implement KYC guidelines based on policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards Conduct thorough risk assessments and escalate high-risk cases to senior management as necessary Ensure the team maintains high levels of accuracy in customer data and documentation through regular audits and training Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, and Operations, to enhance KYC processes and mitigate risks Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize team performance and operational efficiency Conduct regular risk assessments and reporting to senior management Participate in training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance within the organization

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics or technical fields 5+ years of work experience in Finance, Risk Management, Analytics, Regulatory Reporting or relevant field (experience in iGaming will be a big plus) Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English (knowledge of other foreign languages will be a plus) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to diverse audiences In-depth knowledge of KYC, AML/CTF regulations and best practices Experience with KYC software tools and technologies Excellent knowledge of computer using, MS Excel (Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) for conducting investigations and generating reports will be a big plus) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management Critical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and integrity in all operations
