- Design marketing materials for social media, websites, advertisements, and email campaigns - Create visual concepts that align with business goals and target audiences - Ensure all assets follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency - Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Apply knowledge of design trends and market insights to produce relevant, engaging content - Handle multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, within tight deadlines - Design packaging, labels, and print collateral that communicate brand identity and enhance product appeal - Prepare files for print production, ensuring technical accuracy, quality, and compliance with vendor specifications - Develop visual assets for trade shows, events, and presentations (banners, roll-ups, promotional stands) - Maintain organized design files, libraries, and templates for efficient use across the company

- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or equivalent is preferred - Advanced knowledge of English and Russian languages - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator - Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory and visual hierarchy - Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools - Excellent communication, collaboration, time management, and meticulous attention to detail
