Responsibilities
- Monitor and review employees’ calls
- Check and analyze sent and received messages
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in the CRM system
- Prepare reports on identified issues or deviations
- Contribute to the improvement of customer service quality
- Perform other duties arising from the position as required
Required Qualifications
- Higher education
- Broad IT knowledge, including
- Excellent knowledge of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office software
- General understanding of IT security and data protection principles
- Knowledge of basic networking technologies and internet connectivity
- Experience with CRM/ERP systems or ability to learn them quickly
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Excellent command of Armenian; knowledge of Russian and English is desirable
