Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, ensuring system availability, performance, and security
- Manage and implement system updates, including hardware, firmware, and security patches for Windows and Microsoft applications
- Perform daily monitoring of CRM and server environments; verify the integrity of system processes, logs, and backups
- Maintain virtualization environments, backups, and redundancy strategies to guarantee business continuity
- Troubleshoot, resolve, and document performance and system issues related to CRM and connected IT infrastructure
- Design and maintain technical documentation, standards, and operating procedures
- Stay updated with innovations and best practices in CRM administration and IT infrastructure, applying them as needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to quickly gain knowledge of specific business applications and processes
- Provide off-hours support (evenings/weekends) when required to meet critical system needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT system administration, directly supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM is plus
- Proven hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, MS SQL, and IIS server management
- Knowledge of load balancing technologies and servers (e.g., F5, HAProxy, NGINX, or equivalent)
- Strong background in on-premises service administration
- Solid understanding of network and application protocols (SMTP, SMB, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP, DNS)
- Experience with monitoring tools and systems for proactive infrastructure and application management
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation and system administration
- Familiarity with security best practices, CRM system vulnerabilities, and compliance requirements
- Experience with high-availability systems, failover clustering, and disaster recovery planning
- Strong analytical, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and within strict deadlines
