Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive NFT sales, aligning with the overall business goals of Blockchain Embassy Armenia and Fastex - Identify new business opportunities and potential customers, including corporate buyers, art collectors, and NFT enthusiasts, to grow the market for NFTs - Track KPIs and provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to the Head of Blockchain Embassy Armenia - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, providing actionable insights to improve sales performance and capitalize on new opportunities - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring a positive and engaging sales experience - Lead negotiations with customers, ensuring mutually beneficial deals while maximizing revenue for Fastex - Ensure that all customers receive outstanding service, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business - Stay up to date with the latest trends in blockchain technology, NFTs, and digital assets, acting as a subject matter expert when engaging with clients - Work closely with the marketing and events teams to support promotional activities, product launches, and in-store events aimed at boosting sales and community engagement - Represent Fastex at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and drive sales
Required Qualifications
- Experience in business development, customer relationship management, or sales operations - Strong understanding of blockchain technology and NFTs, with the ability to clearly explain these concepts to clients - Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fiel - 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in blockchain, technology, or digital assets (NFT experience is a plus) - Sales strategy and execution - Customer relationship management - Negotiation and deal-making. - Market research and trend analysis - Blockchain technology and NFT sales - Proficiency in Armenian, Russian, and English - Strong interpersonal and networking abilities - Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset - Excellent problem-solving and adaptability skills - High level of initiative and self-motivation - Effective communication and persuasion skills
