Responsibilities
- Opening user profiles for the Operational Day system, granting and changing permissions, performing daily settlements (closing/opening), closing/opening old balances for the day, importing and editing dictionaries, implementing module settings, testing software changes - Resolving issues reported through the Help Desk system and servicing ongoing processes, opening and editing loan/deposit templates, fulfilling new requests, and, if required, completing new requests by referring them to responsible persons - Maintaining the Bank-Client system, fixing technical issues - Tracking payments made through the terminal payment system, removing and clarifying erroneous requests (where required, in cooperation with the terminal maintenance company) - Opening, granting, and modifying user permissions in the Overdue problem loan management system, editing dictionaries - Restarting OLAP based on reports - If required, exporting data straight from the database using SQL queries
Required Qualifications
- Higher education - At least three years of work experience - Familiarity with LS Bank software will all be deemed favourable - Knowledge of banking legislation - Computer proficiency - Excellent command of native language, good knowledge of English and Russian - Capacity to multitask and solve issues fast and effectively - Capacity to react swiftly to changes - Attention to detail - Knowledge of and adherence to business ethics
