- Develop and maintain robust KPI frameworks aligned with organizational goals - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical success factors and translate them into measurable KPIs - Define KPI methodologies, data sources, and calculation standards to ensure consistency and accuracy - Establish data collection and validation processes to guarantee KPI integrity - Continuously review and refine KPIs to adapt to evolving business needs - Create clear documentation and guidelines for KPI definitions and reporting - Support leadership by providing insights related to KPI trends and implications

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics or in a related field (Master’s preferred) - Minimum 3 years of experience in KPI development or business analytics - Strong expertise in defining, standardizing, and managing KPIs across complex organizations - Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI - Detail-orientation with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
