- Plan, manage, and oversee the process of opening new offices from start to launch - Develop and implement structured project management processes, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively - Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and performance metrics - Ensure all operations align with company standards and local regulations

- Proven experience in structured project management (minimum 2 years) - Successful track record of managing office setup, relocation, or expansion projects - Fluent English (spoken and written) – additional languages will be an asset - Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines - Willingness to travel to different locations as required
