- IT Vendor Relationship Management – Develop and maintain strong relationships with key IT vendors, ensuring that partnerships support the bank's strategic objectives - Contract Negotiation – Lead negotiations for IT vendor contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and other agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions - IT Vendor Performance Monitoring – Regularly monitor and assess IT vendor performance, conducting reviews based on SLAs and KPIs. Implement performance improvement plans as needed - IT Vendor Technical Risk Management – Perform due diligence on potential IT vendors and develop strategies to mitigate technical risks that could impact the organization’s IT operations - IT Vendor Cost Optimization – Identify and implement strategies for consolidating IT vendors, optimizing spending, and improving IT vendor efficiency - IT Vendor Onboarding & Offboarding – Manage the complete IT vendor lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements during onboarding and offboarding processes - Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams, including IT, legal, procurement, and finance, to ensure seamless IT vendor management and contractual compliance

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related field - Proven experience (5+ years) in IT vendor management, procurement, or financial management within the technology or fintech industry - 3+ years of experience in managing IT resources, with a focus on budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
