Responsibilities
- Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
- Coordinate company’s internal and external communication
- Organize and plan meetings
- Collaborate respective teams to align our new and existing partner relationships with internal goals
- Negotiate, manage and finalize tasks in accordance with company’s guidelines and policies if required
- Type reports and other outgoing letters
- File correspondence of the Bank, reports, publications, legal notes
- Various other responsibilities arising from the position
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- 1 year of experience in Administration or related fields is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Ability to clearly convey and receive messages to meet the needs of others by listening, interpreting and delivering.oral, written and/or electronic messages
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to identify & satisfy customer needs
- Ability and willingness to effectively work in, and flexibility in adapt to change
- Ability to work productively with other members of the team, coordinate work, give & receive feedback positively
