QA Lead

- Lead and manage the QA team, including task distribution and performance monitoring - Own the testing process across all ONEX products — web, mobile, and backend - Plan and supervise execution of manual and automated tests, including API testing - Ensure proper testing coverage and release readiness - Collaborate with development and product teams to define clear and testable requirements - Identify bugs, track them efficiently, and help ensure timely resolution - Support continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and team skills

- 4+ years of QA experience - Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools - Hands-on experience with API testing tools - Experience in manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications - Familiarity with test case and bug tracking tools - Excellent organizational and communication skills
