Head of People Analytics

- Lead strategic workforce planning, aligning headcount forecasts with business plans, market trends, and organizational goals - Develop analytical models to project future talent needs across geographies and functions - Design and manage headcount normalization frameworks based on task complexity, process volumes, and service levels - Build tools and processes to monitor employee workload, productivity, and utilization across teams - Deliver insights on resource efficiency to support data-driven staffing and budgeting decisions - Assess organizational structure effectiveness, identifying improvement areas and recommending optimal team configurations - Partner with HR, Finance, and Strategy teams to embed analytics into org design, budgeting, and transformation projects - Present findings and recommendations to senior executives and contribute to company-wide performance reviews - Build and mentor a team of analysts and ensure high-quality delivery, methodology consistency, and stakeholder collaboration

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field - 7+ years of experience in people analytics, workforce planning, strategic HR, or management consulting - Strong expertise in data modeling, predictive analytics, and headcount optimization - Proven experience in organizational design, operating model assessment, or HR transformation - Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other analytics tools; experience with SQL, Python, or R is a plus - Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence executive stakeholders - Strategic mindset with the ability to link talent data to business impact - Fluent in Russian and English; additional languages are a plus
