Responsibilities
- answer customer’s phone calls and provide necessary information
- identification of customer needs, consultation and sales through phone calls, electronic media and communication software
- checking up, processing and implementing customer messages received from remote service systems
- working with databases, implementing data entries
- preparation and presentation of relevant reports
Required Qualifications
- university degree in economics or finance
- at least 1 year of professional experience in in lending or loan analysis
- data analysis skills
- high level of responsibility and ability to work in a team
- excellent communication skills
