- Technical support for maintance - assistance in project implementation and support, solution development, solution testing - Actively participate when assigned to a team and provide consultative support in the area of specialization to other - Systems Engineers - Keep up-to-date on relevant solutions, products and services - Providing reports about technical issues and provided solutions - Participation in data collection from HQ and feedback received information - Support with technical issue, providing reports about technical issues and provided solutions

- Educational background in relevant fields like Computer Science, Engineering, or Telecommunications - Basic understanding in product delivery or maintenance service: Router, switches, WLAN, firewall - Basic understanding of networking fundamentals, protocols and technologies - Excellent communication skills, punctual and responsible attitude - Language skills: Armenian (native), English (fluent)
