- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the electronics and appliances sector - Product Selection: Collaborate with other colleagues to curate a diverse and compelling product assortment that meets the evolving needs of our customers - Vendor Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and promotional opportunities. Ensure contract management processes - Data-driven Decision Making: Utilize analytical tools and data to make informed decisions about product assortment, pricing, and promotional strategies - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, logistic department and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans - Customer Engagement: Monitor customer feedback and preferences, actively seeking ways to enhance the customer shopping experience

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail - Excellent written and oral communication in Armenian, Russian and English - Enthusiasm for the retail industry, with a focus on electronics and household appliances - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Digital savvy - Proficiency in Excel - Willingness to go the extra mile and eagerness to learn new things
