- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for the in-house B2B CRM platform - Collect and prioritize requirements from internal teams and external operator partners across multiple jurisdictions - Keep abreast of CRM trends, competitive solutions, and iGaming industry trends to ensure product competitiveness - Lead the design and delivery of intelligent, data-driven CRM capabilities, including (but not limited to) campaign management, player segmentation, lifecycle automation, bonus systems, multichannel communication, and AI-powered features such as predictive models, personalization engines, and automated decision-making tools - Develop and maintain research documents outlining AI-driven recommendations for product development and prioritization - Work closely with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and partner success teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of Key features - Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring the CRM platform addresses the needs of operators, marketers, and compliance teams - Monitor feature adoption, gather user feedback, and continuously optimize the product based on real-world usage

- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across various platforms3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B tech environment, ideally within the iGaming industry - Strong understanding of CRM principles, marketing automation, customer segmentation, and player engagement - Experience working with multi-tenant platforms used by multiple brands/operators - Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience leading development teams in an Agile environment - Excellent communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills - Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions - Language proficiency: Advanced in Armenian, English, and Russian – both written and verbal
