Head of AI Platform Engineering

- Architect and manage scalable, cloud-native AI infrastructure on AWS - Lead end-to-end data flow orchestration: scraping, ingestion, processing, storage - Coordinate technical efforts across teams (AI, backend/Java, frontend, DevOps) - Integrate and optimize MongoDB-based data layers for structured and unstructured data - Design and implement agentic AI workflows using LLMs and tool-calling frameworks - Establish best practices for API design, model deployment, and monitoring - Ensure high availability, fault-tolerance, and security of AI services - Guide architectural decisions on frameworks, infrastructure, and scaling strategies

- Strong experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, ECS/EKS, CloudWatch, IAM) - 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, cloud systems architecture, or data platform leadership · Experience in modern generative AI, such as transformer architectures, diffusion models and prompting. · Proven ability to architect and scale production-grade AI/data systems - Proficiency in Python (and preferably working with Java-based teams) - Experience with agentic AI systems: e.g., LangChain, Autogen, or custom tool-chaining LLM pipelines - Deep familiarity with MongoDB and API integrations - Strong understanding of ETL workflows, orchestration, and data - Excellent coordination and communication skills across tech domains
