- Contribution in the preparation of Byblos Bank Armenia CJSC retail business and functional development - Contribution in all retail project phases, follow-up all change requests with all stakeholders and maintain the process - Budgeting and distribution of retail portfolio - Follow up for retail performance management - Prepare various reports to internal and external stakeholders as required - Identify retail opportunities in the market and come up with ideas of new products - Follow up closely on day-to-day operations of products, also handle and escalate any issue that might arise from the different channels - Prepare training materials and conduct trainings with salespersons to increase awareness on products and software usage and improve the service - Maintain and follow up for an issue log for daily problems encountered on products, services, e-channels and follow up on complaints received - Follow up with branches and assist with any inquiry related to retail products - Acts as a trainer in Consumer Banking new staff on-boarding sessions - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

- Master’s degree in Business administration, Economics or related field - Excellent knowledge of Armenian and English (at least C1) - Ability to clearly plan & priorities of potential tasks, activities & timeline to meet department objectives - Ability to design and implement projects in timely manner - Ability to identify areas in which team members need to increase knowledge - Ability to use internal & external resources to achieve results - Ability to prioritize work in alignment with organizational goals & strategies - Ability to communicate and negotiate with different stakeholders - Ability to build, maintain & improve internal and external customer relationship - Ability to respond to changing situations by continually improving his/her performance by learning & development - Research and data analytic skills - Communication skills and problem solving - Deep knowledge of Banking industry - Deep knowledge in Microsoft Excel
