Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls, providing preliminary information about the organization
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate advice in an appropriate and competent manner
- Translations (Armenian, Russian, English)
- Performing day-to-day tasks with computer programs MC Office, Adobe Photoshop
- Collecting and regularly updating the company's presentation materials: brochures, business cards, informationaldocuments
- Archiving documents and letters
- Performing other functions within the scope of authority defined by the company's internal procedures
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one year of work experience
- Higher education
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to make quick decisions
- Knowledge of MS Office software
