Responsibilities
- Analyze data related to client-reported issues (Trouble Tickets)
- Create and send Trouble Tickets to clients
- Quickly and efficiently resolve technical issues
- Follow up with clients to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Monitor and test service quality to ensure compliance with standards
- Perform routing analysis in collaboration with the sales team
- Test and analyze routing results
- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams
Required Qualifications
- Sufficient technical and computer knowledge
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems and MS Office programs (Excel, Outlook) for data analysis and communication processes
- Written communication skills in English and Russian for effective collaboration in international processes
- Time management and the ability to plan work processes effectively
- Attention to detail to identify and resolve technical issues accurately and quickly
- Experience in technical support or a related IT field will be considered an advantage
