Responsibilities
- Take charge of managing and resolving customer complaints with professionalism and speed - Evaluate the quality of customer interactions across multiple channels, maintaining consistently high standards - Analyze customer feedback, trends, and survey data to uncover actionable insights - Maintain detailed records of complaints and resolutions, and provide regular quality reports to leadership - Collaborate closely with the customer support team to streamline processes and implement service enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a Customer Service role, ideally within iGaming or a fast-moving digital industry - At least 1 year of hands-on experience in Complaint Management or Service Quality Control - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for continuous improvement - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a high-energy environment - Good command of English
